This Privacy Policy describes how Sweap ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you use our website, mobile application, and related services.
Information we collect
Account data: email address, name, and authentication credentials (stored securely via Supabase).
Profile & health data: age, weight, height, fitness level, goals, workout history, nutrition logs, check-ins, and recovery metrics when you connect integrations such as WHOOP, Garmin, Oura, or Apple Health (with your permission).
Coach–athlete data: messages, plans, and progress shared between coaches and athletes.
Waitlist signups: email address, optional role preference, and basic request metadata when you join our waitlist.
Automatically collected: device information, usage analytics, and crash logs to improve reliability.
How we use your information
- Provide and improve the coaching experience
- Generate AI-assisted meal analysis and coaching insights
- Enable coach–athlete communication
- Process subscriptions via RevenueCat
- Send product updates, waitlist confirmations, and notifications you opt into
Third-party services
We use trusted providers including Supabase, OpenAI/Mercury, RevenueCat, WHOOP, Apple Health, and Zoom. Each integration is optional where applicable and requires your explicit consent.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data. In the app, use Settings to download or delete your account. Waitlist subscribers may contact us to remove their email.
