By accessing sweap.co, joining our waitlist, or using the Sweap application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. The service
Sweap provides elite coaching infrastructure for athletes and coaches, including training load, recovery, and nutrition tooling. Features may change during our waitlist and early-access periods.
3. Health disclaimer
Sweap is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any fitness or nutrition program. You use the service at your own risk. Coaches using Sweap are independent professionals, not employees of Sweap.
4. Accounts & waitlist
You must provide accurate information when registering or joining the waitlist. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. We may invite waitlist members in waves; joining the waitlist does not guarantee access or a specific launch date.
5. Subscriptions
Paid features, when available, are processed through RevenueCat and the Apple App Store. Billing, renewal, and refunds follow the applicable store policies.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, harass other users, attempt unauthorized access, or reverse engineer our software.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sweap is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from use of the service. Liability is limited to fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding a claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
